This Privacy Policy explains how Shuchii Ind ("Shuchii", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our laundry pickup and delivery platform through our apps and website. By using the service, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information We Collect

Account details — your name, mobile number, and email address when you register.
Addresses & location — pickup and delivery addresses, and (with your permission) device location to match you with nearby vendors and riders.
Order information — items, services selected, schedules, order status, and order history.
Payment information — payments are processed by our payment partner Razorpay. We do not store your full card or banking details on our servers.
Device & usage data — basic technical information such as device type and app activity, used to keep the service working and secure.

2. How We Use Your Information

To create and manage your account.
To schedule, fulfil, and track laundry pickups and deliveries.
To process payments and issue receipts and invoices (including applicable GST).
To send order updates and service-related notifications.
To provide customer support and resolve issues.
To improve, secure, and maintain the platform, and to comply with legal obligations.

3. How We Share Information

We share only what is necessary to deliver the service:

Vendors — your order details and relevant contact/pickup information so they can process your laundry.
Riders — your name, address, and contact number for pickup and delivery.
Service providers — payment processing (Razorpay), cloud hosting, and database providers who process data on our behalf under appropriate safeguards.
Legal — where required by law, regulation, or a valid legal request.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

4. Data Retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, meet tax and accounting requirements, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion of your account at any time (see Section 6).

5. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to safeguard your data and limit access to it.

6. Your Rights

7. Cookies & Local Storage

Our website and apps may use cookies or local storage to keep you signed in and remember preferences. You can clear or block these through your browser or device settings, though some features may not work as intended.

The service is intended for users aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us so we can remove it.
